Paul Henry Koenig, age 73 of Hinckley, IL passed away at his home, surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, March 26, 2025. He moved to his farm in 1960 with his parents Edward and Laverne Koenig and two sisters Lora Rissman and Nancy Gilmour. Paul was united in marriage to Carol Koenig and spent 44 happy years together farming and raising their family on Paul's childhood farm. Paul was an active member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and lived out his faith by being a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle and was kind to everyone he knew. He will be deeply missed by his family and his friends. Paul is survived by his wife, Carol Koenig of Hinckley, IL; his children, Levi (Jen) Thorn of Park City, UT, Sarah (John) Boone of Stone Lake, WI, Anna (Jared) Olson of Geneva, IL, and Elizabeth Koenig of Hinckley, IL; his grandchildren, Ethan and Eva Thorn, Malachi, Caleb, Ellie and Isaac Boone, Madeline Minuth, Raylan and Elana Olson; and several nieces and nephe
