Kathryn Gejuan Rajkowski, 86, of Sandwich, IL passed away peacefully at Kishwaukee Hospital surrounded by her family on Sunday, March 23, 2025. Kathryn was born on September 23, 1938 to Presley and Netta Marbutt in Russellville, Alabama. Kathryn met her husband Gary Rajkowski in Dekalb, IL in 1963 and married on December 19, 1964 and were married for over 60 years. Kathryn was a social person, so her choice of jobs throughout her life was interaction with people. Kathryn was known as a selfless person, always putting others first. She always kept a pristine yard and household. Kathryn had a fond love for animals, she even embraced her neighbor's dog "Ruby" as her own and her Siamese cat "Amos". Most of all, Kathryn's heart was her family beyond anything else, which she loved unconditionally.
