Jodie L. Frieders Jodie L. Frieders, age 63 of Leland, IL passed away at her home on Thursday, March 6, 2025. She was born in Sycamore, IL, the daughter of John and Elizabeth (Miller) Whitney. Jodie was united in marriage on December 5, 1987 in Aurora, IL to Mr. Gary V. Frieders and they have spent the next 37 years happily together. She was employed for many years by both the Leland School District and Indian Creek, as a school bus driver. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt who will be deeply missed by her family and many friends. Jodie is survived by her husband, Gary V.
