Keith Mulligan Born: January 25, 1936 Died: February 18, 2025 Keith Mulligan passed away February 18, 2025, at Johnson City Medical Center following a brief illness. Keith was born in Dwight, Illinois on January 25, 1936, to Vincent and Margaret Mulligan. He grew up in Sycamore, Illinois, and graduated from Sycamore High School. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Susan; son Kevin and daughter-in-law Leann and their children, Owen and Abby Kate; brother Tom; and sister of his heart, Joan Johnson. He is survived by his children from a previous marriage: sons Dick, Jim, Steve, David, and daughter Lisa, and their children and grandchildren. Keith will be remembered for his kindness, his caring heart, his bad jokes, his quick wit, and his laughing, twinkling blue eyes. He loved nothing better than quietly sitting by the fire with a glass of wine or hosting family gatherings filled with good food and laughter.
