Cheryl Ruth (nee Rhoads) Payne Born: October 17, 1931 Died: February 25, 2025 Cheryl Ruth (nee Rhoads) Payne was born in Charleston, IL on 10/17/31. She graduated to heaven on 2/25/25. She was 93 years old. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 69 years, William; parents, Garnet and William Rhoads; her daughter, Dena Eder; and 8 siblings. She is survived by her daughter, Diane (Joseph) Novotny; grandchildren, Mindy (Dan) Richter, Rod Wienke, and Angela Lang. Also surviving are two great-granddaughters, Violet (Kole) Kleppetsch and Madeline Lang, and a brother, Darrell Rhoads. Cheryl's greatest love was for her family and the Lord. She was a member of the Four Square Gospel Church in DeKalb, IL. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 5 at 11:00 at the Four Square Gospel Church in DeKalb.
